For Assessment and Accreditation and Quality enhancement of academics in HEIs, NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) proposed that every higher Institute must have Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Rayat Bahra University was set up in February 8, 2017 in accordance with NAAC guidelines aimed at implementing and maintaining quality academics and research standard for holistic development of the students and to uplift the standard of the University. All the academic, research and administrative activities of the University are routed through the IQAC.

Graduates will be able to bag posts of Assistant Engineers, Site Engineers and other Officer level posts after clearing the respective entrance tests and procedures.
The private sector has even more job opportunities. Electrical goods manufacturing sector, Telecommunications sector, Industries involved in production and manufacturing, Energy (solar and wind) sector etc are the prime recruiters, when it comes to Private sector enterprises.
